FIRST FLUSH TEA

The first pluck of the harvest is called the first flush. The tea harvest in India is from the month of february to the month of december depending on the geographical region and the weather. The tender two leaf and a bud which blooms after the dormant period of winters, is plucked to taste like sunshine in a cup.
